Instructions for poster and presentations (NEW !)

Presentations:

Invited talk : 35' + 10' discussion (45' in total)

Oral talk 25' + 5' discussion (30' in total)

Poster boards will be made available for invited and oral talks, so that discussions can continue during the poster sessions

Presentations (pdf required, .pptx accepted but with .pdf file as backup) are requested one day in advance in order to garantee smooth sessions. For the speakers scheduled on the first day, presentations can be sent to the workshop email address (pet16@scienceconf.org) if size permits.

Posters:

Poster board can accomodate A0 posters in landscape orientation (width 120 cm, height 90 cm, i.e. ~47x35 inches)
